Who is an Ambassador
• An Ambassador believes in VAANI and supports its work to empower deaf children and their families
• An Ambassador represents VAANI and commits to raise a pre-fixed amount of funds on an annual basis
How does an Ambassador raise funds
• An Ambassador takes on the responsibility of collecting Rs. 1 lac each year. This can be done by contacting 35 friends and collecting Rs. 3000 as a contribution from each of them. This works out to just Rs. 250 a month per person!
What does an Ambassador get
a. A great feeling at having contributed towards changing the lives of deaf children across India
b. A visit to any of our projects or programmes by appointment twice a year
c. A quarterly e-newsletter with information about VAANI activities in the previous quarter, programmes being conducted in the current quarter and heart-warming case stories about inspirational people or incidents
