Who is a Friend of VAANI?

A Friend is one who makes a commitment to donate a certain amount every month for a minimum period of a year, (with a minimum of Rs.100 per month) preferably by cheque or demand draft. This amount could be donated to us on a monthly basis or by a once-a-year payment of the total of the committed amount
A Friend is one who makes a one time donation of a specific amount.
A Friend can also take the responsibility to sign up at least 5 other friends

What does a Friend get?

A ‘good feeling’ knowing that you are contributing to a cause that works for the rights of a very marginalised and isolated group of children
A visit to any of our projects or programmes once a year
A quarterly e-newsletter with information and photographs about the different projects conducted in the previous quarter, upcoming programmes for the current quarter, real life stories and write-ups about inspirational people or incidents
An opportunity to work with the VAANI team and deaf children as a volunteer on projects or programmes
A copy of our annual report, including audited accounts, available on request
