VAANI believes in informed choice. In order to ensure access of clear and balanced information to family members and professionals who work with deaf children, VAANI's activities include:

• Publishing a bi-annual newsletter 'Lakshana - catalyst for transformation' in English and three regional languages
• Designing and distributing posters with relevant information, after providing training on the use of the poster as instruction material
• Teaching and learning material for use in workshops for family members and professionals
• Short educational films for family members and professionals at our workshops
