VAANI Receives Indian CSR & Sustainability Award 2026 for Most Impactful Rural Healthcare Initiative

We are delighted to share a proud milestone in VAANI Deaf Children’s Foundation’s journey. Along with our CSR partner Thomson Reuters, VAANI has been honoured with the Indian CSR & Sustainability Award 2026 under the category of “Most Impactful Rural Healthcare Initiative.”

This recognition is deeply meaningful for us as it reflects the collective efforts of our children, families, hospital partners, donors, volunteers, and the entire VAANI team who continue to work tirelessly towards creating inclusive opportunities for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children across India.

Over the years, VAANI has worked extensively in the areas of newborn hearing screening, early identification, educational intervention, parent support, and community awareness. Through our partnerships with government hospitals and grassroots communities, we have been able to reach thousands of newborns and families, particularly in underserved and rural regions where access to hearing healthcare and intervention services remains limited.

This award is not just a recognition of a programme, it is a recognition of every parent who chose hope, every child who overcame barriers, every healthcare worker who supported early screening, and every supporter who believed in our mission.

We would especially like to thank Thomson Reuters for their continued partnership, trust, and encouragement. Their support has helped strengthen our efforts towards early identification and intervention for children with hearing impairment, enabling us to create a meaningful impact at the grassroots level.
